The installation Mother in the Historic Chapel at The Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY includes two videos created in 2019 soon after Eiko’s mother passed away. Photo prints and objects are also placed in the Chapel. Eiko talks to her dead mother in the video Elegies, collaboratively created with John Killacky and Brian Stevenson. Eiko dances with memories of her mother in With Mother in Twilight, filmed in 2019 by Rebekkah Palov.
