Alfred University I.E.A. Lobby Video Installation (2019)

The three works Eiko created during her residency at Alfred University, I.E.A. (Institute for Electronic Arts) was exhibited in the building lobby. On view are WITH MOTHER IN TWILIGHT, A NIGHT WITH MOTHS (two screen installation), CALIFORNIA LANDSCAPES (three monitor installation). The last work was also installed in the Immersive Gallery of the same building as a three projection installation.

The glass wall in the lobby made the reflections of the video works to mix and create unfamiliar visual effects.
